A plethora of factors can contribute to the loss of our young appearance as we become older. Understanding this is the first step in realising why dermal fillers are such a useful tool in medical aesthetics.
Dermal fillers, often known as face and lip fillers, are substances injected into your face. They give volume to regions like your lips or cheeks and fill in creases and wrinkles.
Fillers are temporary. The kind of filler used and the location where it is injected all affect how long they stay. They often last 6 to 18 months. A natural ingredient called hyaluronic acid is present in the majority of dermal fillers used in the UK.

Below You will find Answers to the Questions we get asked.
What are the risks?
Serious issues are uncommon, however, they can include:
Filler migration away from the targeted treatment region, which may require surgery to remove, an infection that appears lumpy beneath the skin and may require medical therapy or dissolving the filler,
Scarring, clogged blood vessels in the face, which may result in tissue death and result in blindness
What parts of the body may fillers treat?
Smile lines around the mouth, chin, jaw, nose (liquid rhinoplasty), temple, marionette lines, and temple area. Cheeks. Tear troughs (under the eyes).
Can I get Fillers if I'm nursing or pregnant?
You should hold off on getting a filler treatment until you have finished nursing because there is no study on how it can effect your breast milk.
Aftercare?
The affected area may appear a little bit swollen, painful, and red. In a few days, any swelling or bruising should go away.
You will receive instructions on how to lower the chance of side effects.
This includes avoiding alcohol, coffee, and the sun as well as not applying makeup as after the treatment.
Lip fillers
Your skin may initially be numbed with an anaesthetic lotion. Your face’s treatment area receives injections, which are followed by massage.
Although it could be uncomfortable, it shouldn’t hurt.
Depending on the region being treated, the treatment typically lasts 20 to 30 minutes.
